Transforming the intimate space that won so many fans in Tivoli Village last year, Ada’s Wine Bar–another project from Las Vegas’ own acclaimed Chef James Trees and the LEV Group–takes inspiration from European corner wine bars and ups the ante, with exciting discovery wines from around the world served by passionate wine lovers eager to share. Chef Jackson Stamper, in collaboration with Chef James, has created a menu of Mediterranean-inspired share plates and delicious bites designed for delight.
